About the Founder
Isaac Kakooza Musago is the founder and lead physiotherapist of Mobile Phyzio U.
He is an experienced Ugandan physiotherapist and entrepreneur who has served in leadership roles,
including outgoing President of the Uganda Association of Physiotherapy (UAP). Over the years he has worked in hospital,
rehabilitation and community settings, supporting children, adults and older persons with a wide range of conditions.
Isaac started Mobile Phyzio U out of a passion to bring quality, ethical and patient-centered physiotherapy closer to people who
struggle with transport, long queues or limited access to rehab services. His vision is to see a network of physiotherapists across Uganda
using simple tools, technology and home-based care models to restore strength, mobility and function in everyday environments.

Insights from our physiotherapy practice to help you make informed decisions about your health and workplace.
Understanding Low Back Pain: What Really Works
Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek medical care. The good news? Most back pain is not a sign of
serious damage and responds very well to the right combination of movement, education, and strengthening.
At Mobile Phyzio U, we focus on active recovery rather than long-term dependence on passive treatments.
We help you understand your pain, reduce fear, build core and hip strength, and modify your daily activities,
so that you can return to meaningful work, family roles, and hobbies with confidence.
Elderly Mobility: Why Strength Is the New Independence
Many families assume that aging automatically means slowing down, sitting more, and “avoiding stress.”
In reality, the less an older adult moves, the faster they lose strength, balance and confidence.
Our elderly mobility programs are designed to build safe strength, improve walking, and reduce falls risk right at home.
Simple, consistent exercises using chairs, steps and short walks – combined with education for caregivers –
can dramatically reduce hospital visits and preserve independence, dignity and joy in daily life.
Corporate Ergonomics: Turning Painful Desks into Productive Workstations
Long hours at poorly set-up workstations lead to back pain, neck strain, headaches and low energy among staff.
Corporate ergonomics is not a luxury; it is a productivity strategy.
During our workplace visits, we review staff workstations, make simple adjustments to chair height, screen level and keyboard position,
and coach teams on movement breaks and micro-exercises they can do at their desks.
Organizations that invest in ergonomics often see fewer sick days, higher morale and improved overall performance.
Please note: Mobile Phyzio U is not an emergency service. If you have red flag symptoms such as sudden severe chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, or sudden paralysis, seek urgent medical attention immediately.
